Our presenter is keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and bestselling author Debra Fine. She began her career as an engineer, designing her programs to teach conversation and rapport building skills that develop business, community and personal relationships. Debra is a 20 year member of the National Speakers Association presenting to audiences around the world that include Google, Delta Airlines, General Electric, Texas Association of School Boards and KPMG. Her best selling first book The Fine Art of Small Talk was met with excellent reviews in the Library Journal and USA Today, joined by her second in the Fine Art series: The Fine Art of the Big Talk along with her just released: Beyond Texting: The Fine Art of Face to Face Communication for Teenagers. Debra’s recent media appearances include The Today Show, The Early Show, NPR Morning Edition, Fox Business News and CNN.
